The TRUTHEAR Pure are wired in-ear headphones designed for users who expect refined sound and a carefully thought-out design. The hybrid 1DD + 3BA configuration utilizes four drivers, coordinated by a three-way crossover. The housings, manufactured using DLP 3D printing technology, are designed to ensure proper ergonomics even during extended listening sessions. The set is complemented by a high-quality cable made of silver-plated oxygen-free copper and universal 0.78 mm 2-pin connectors, allowing you to easily replace the cable if needed.
Hybrid 1DD + 3BA Configuration
Sound reproduction is handled by a configuration comprising one dynamic driver and three balanced armature drivers. A precisely calculated RC crossover, together with a specially designed nozzle configuration, forms a three-way frequency division system. As a result, individual drivers can handle their assigned frequency ranges, and the entire system operates as a cohesive whole. The ports themselves also serve a filtering function and were manufactured using precision DLP 3D printing.
Fine-Tuned to the Last Detail
In the Pure model, a number of elements affecting the character of the reproduced sound have been modified. The changes included, among other things, the crossover, drivers, damping, the design of the acoustic chambers, and the cable. The goal is to reduce the Q factor of resonance in the upper high-frequency range while simultaneously optimizing bass response. This has allowed for even more precise fine-tuning of the entire audio system’s characteristics.
Precision of 3D DLP Printing
The headphone housings are manufactured using HeyGears’ 3D DLP printing technology, which enables the creation of shapes that are difficult to achieve with traditional production methods. High-transparency resin, internal coloring, and an advanced surface finishing technique were used. Of particular importance is the precisely formed sound channel design, which is an integral part of the acoustic design. The materials used are skin-friendly, and the design itself was developed with reliability and comfort in mind.
Distinctive Design
The Pure model’s design draws inspiration from the TRUTHEAR HEXA headphones, combining geometric, square lines with softer, rounded elements. Individual parts have undergone numerous precise machining processes to refine their surfaces and give the entire unit a more distinctive finish. The design of the pressure-equalizing vent has also been optimized, and the housing size has been reduced without compromising stability during wear. This helps minimize any discomfort that may arise during long listening sessions.
A Cable Ready for Change
The TRUTHEAR Pure uses a coaxial cable made of silver-plated oxygen-free copper, carefully matched to the earphones’ tuning. The use of a standard 0.78 mm 2-pin interface with a recessed female connector allows you to easily replace the cable and customize the setup to your preferences. This solution expands the set’s customization options without requiring you to replace the headphones themselves. At the same time, the factory-supplied cable is an integral part of the design, engineered to maintain optimal signal quality.
