Nothing CMF Watch 3 Pro

Advanced heart rate monitoring
A new optical sensor captures more detailed light signals and finer variations in blood flow from beneath your skin. That means more accurate heart rate tracking, especially during high-intensity workouts, light skin contact and across an array of skin tones. With better signal clarity, readings are up to 7% more accurate during exercise and up to 3.6% more accurate at rest compared to previous generations.

Smarter sleep monitoring
Rest is just as important as movement. Watch 3 Pro tracks your sleep more precisely thanks to enhanced motion sensors and high-frequency heart rate sampling. It recognises short naps, detects your sleep stages more accurately, and now includes a high-precision mode for even deeper analysis. Enable it when you need the most detailed sleep tracking and wake up with a clearer picture of your rest.

Active Score
Track your weekly activity with one simple number. Active Score uses heart rate data and MET values (Metabolic Equivalent of Task) to combine activity intensity and total movement, giving you a reflection of your overall physical activity.

The score updates every day and after each session, so you can see how each effort adds up. Whether it’s walking, weight training or interval runs, it gives you a clear picture of progress. The weekly goal is 100, a simple benchmark aligned with global health standards to help keep you moving, consistently.

Expanded health tools
Stay on top of your wellness with 24/7 tracking of blood oxygen (SpO₂), stress levels and heart rate zones. Hold space for yourself with guided breathing sessions, while water and stand-up reminders encourage healthier daily habits. Women can also receive intelligent prompts to track and predict menstrual cycles, helping make everyday health feel more informed and intuitive.

Fitness that adapts to you
Training at your pace. Whether you’re running, stretching or cooling down, Watch 3 Pro adapts with custom plans, precise tracking and recovery guidance that evolves over time. It goes beyond counting steps, giving you deeper insights to support your fitness journey.

Dual-band GPS tracking
Precision matters. Watch 3 Pro features dual-band GPS with support for L1 and L5 signals, giving you faster positioning and better route stability in dense cities, or forested trails. Whether you’re out for a walk or tracking a run, it locks onto satellites with accuracy and confidence. It’s also compatible with Glonass, Galileo, Beidou and QZSS so you’re covered globally, wherever your workout takes you.

Custom running coach
Watch 3 Pro builds an 8 to 16 week schedule based on your goals, fitness level and recovery. It’s designed to improve VO₂ max and fat burn, offering structured sessions like tempo runs, intervals and steady-state efforts, adapting in real time to your body.

Smarter insights
From exercise duration and heart rate zones to pace, calories and VO₂ max trends, Watch 3 Pro helps you understand your effort and train with intention. After each workout, get recovery time, load trends and endurance predictions for 5K or 10K runs. You can also customise your workout screens to keep the most important stats when you need them.

Before your run or ride, Watch 3 Pro shows you guided animations to activate your muscles. After your session, cool down with stretching prompts to reduce injury risk and support better recovery.
