Gigaset DL780 Plus

Safer: A telephone with protective features
How to deal with unwanted calls? With the Gigaset DL780 Plus, you decide who to talk to and when: The time-controlled call protection allows you to mute your telephone. It is even possible to completely block annoying callers. Seniors in particular are often targeted by telephone scammers — the call protection function allows you to block up to 32 numbers, meaning these numbers will no longer be able to call you and cause unnecessary worries. The programmable direct dialling keys for important telephone numbers are also particularly useful for seniors. This function is also handy for children, and not just in emergency situations. The wireless handset of this phone package has two direct dialling keys, while the desk phone has four. This makes it even easier to reach your family, friends or neighbours — that is to say, at the touch of a button.

Bigger: The Gigaset DL780 Plus is incredibly easy to use
A large display or large keys? There’s no need to choose between the two: The new combi telephone package from Gigaset combines ease of use with a clear design. Both the desk phone and the handy wireless handset boast large and well-lit displays. Names and numbers are clear and easy to read, even in low light conditions — something everyone can appreciate, especially those with visual impairments. Incoming calls are also clearly indicated by the flashing keys as well as the flashing light strip on the desk phone. The wireless handset allows you to adjust the contrast to your desired level and activate the extra-large jumbo mode on the display. The Gigaset DL780 Plus also features large keys: The keys are clearly labelled, making entering long telephone numbers much more convenient.

Clearer: A telephone with top-class sound quality
Have a listen! The Gigaset DL780 Plus also has excellent acoustic properties. Both the desk phone and the wireless handset boast superior sound quality, all for your listening pleasure. You can adjust the volume of both speakers individually of each other, and the desk phone features an additional amplifier function. This function significantly increases the volume of the ongoing conversation, which is particularly beneficial for seniors or people with hearing impairments. The audio options are also invaluable for multi-generational households, as users are able to adjust the ringer volume of both devices to suit their individual needs. And if you use hearing aids, both devices are naturally compatible with hearing aid devices.

More comfortable: The combi telephone package for every occasion
Two devices that feel like one? The Gigaset DL780 Plus is both a desk phone and a wireless handset, but is as easy to use as a single telephone. It is capable of storing up to 99 contacts, all of which can be accessed from both devices. The call lists are also synchronised between the devices, meaning you can view up to 25 incoming and missed calls on both displays. The synchronised call protection function is also particularly convenient: If you are receiving a high volume of nuisance calls, you can block the numbers of up to 32 callers, meaning you will no longer be disturbed by these callers in the future. You wouldn’t think this telephone package could get any more convenient, but it can: As the wireless handset is already registered to the base of the desk phone, you can start using your phone straight away. Simply unbox it, plug it in and start making calls!

More environmentally friendly: ECO DECT technology and no radiation
There’s no need to choose between accessibility and freedom of movement: The new Gigaset DL780 Plus features a practical combination of a desk phone and a wireless handset that allows callers to reach you, no matter where you are in your home. This ensures a range of up to 50 metres (indoors) or 300 metres (outdoors). The use of tried-and-tested, environmentally friendly ECO DECT technology has allowed Gigaset to reduce the transmission power, which adjusts to suit the distance between the wireless handset and the base station and to precisely the right level for ensuring a stable connection: The shorter the distance to the base, the lower the radiation. In standby mode, the handset of the Gigaset DL780 Plus is completely radiation-free.
