COUGAR GST850 power supply unit

NATIVE DIRECT ATX3.1
The COUGAR GST series boasts high-quality 80 PLUS Gold certification, ensuring reliable power delivery even in 40°C environments. Featuring a native PCIe 12V-2X6 connector design, it is a non-modular power supply that complies with the latest Intel ATX 3.1 and PCIe 5.1 standards. This PSU efficiently powers next-gen graphics cards with a single 12+4-pin cable, achieving up to 91% conversion efficiency. It not only saves energy and reduces electricity costs but also provides stable power to all components.

ATX 3.1 Certified
Designed to support next-generation systems, the COUGAR GST series conforms to the ATX 3.1 standard. Featuring a native 12V-2X6 design, it provides power to the next-generation graphics cards through a single 12+4-pin cable. With an 80 PLUS Gold efficiency rating, it offers high-quality stability, durability, and reliability.

The COUGAR GST series passes the four strict power excursion tests from PSU ATX 3.1 Guide, in which the spike power consumption must bear up to 200% of the rated power for 100μs.

Designed for the Next Generation of GPUs
The COUGAR GST series supports the latest PCIe 5.1 specification: its powerful and stable performance meets the needs of next-generation GPUs, delivering perfect power for next-gen graphics cards. Equipped with a native PCIe 12V-2X6 connector, the 600mm length provides sufficient slack to reduce the risk of faulty connection during PC installation, without the need for a 6+2 pin adaptor.

High Performance

Efficiency
The GST series features a highly efficient design that surpasses the 80 Plus Gold standard, helping you save money on your electricity bill.

Perfect Fan Speed to Noise Ratio
Utilizes a 120mm HDB fan, an advanced design that increases airflow concentration. The fan’s curvature has been fine-tuned to reduce vibration under any load. It also features temperature-controlled functionality to maintain low noise levels.

HDB Fan
Compared to other fan bearing types, the HDB fan is considered the best in its class for operating noise and expected lifespan. Fluid dynamics and fluid-based characteristics greatly reduce friction and vibration, resulting in better reliability and quieter operation.

More Stability. Less Noise.
Crafted for quiet operation, COUGAR’s exclusive 120mm HDB fan achieves an ideal equilibrium between efficient cooling and minimal noise. Optimized, grooved fan blades are molded with an integrated stabilizing ring, minimizing flex during rotation and reducing turbulence for an optimal and silent cooling experience.

Refined Regulation. Stable Operation
Includes 105°C Japanese capacitors for standby power to ensure keep providing computer with stable electrical supply.

Performs optimally in 40ºC working temperature environments.

GST’s LLC, DC-DC and Tri-Sense(3.3V, 5V, and 12V) design has been created to provide high-quality outputs, with an extremely tight 3% voltage regulation to deliver a stable operation.

Stylish Design
Featuring a sleek embossed black design with ample cable length for easy and aesthetically pleasing PC installation.
