COUGAR CGR-POLAR-X2-1050 power supply unit

The modular 12+4pin, 12V-2X6, cable delivers perfect power supplies for next-gen graphics cards.
Without any 6+2pin adaptor, the 650mm length can reduce connection risk while the PC installation.

COUGAR will present the first Platinum efficiency PSU Series, POLAR X2 1200 and 1050. The 100% Japanese capacitors and 50°C ambient operations with LLC, DC-DC structure generate an environmentally friendly PSU with high-efficiency performance. The fine-tune HDB fan with zero noise mode will also provide the perfect experience for all users in different conditions.

EVERY OUTPUT IS WORTH SAVING
Save the Earth with Lesser Energy Loss

– The Polar X2 series will reduce the energy waste below 7%.
– With 80Plus Platinum certified to provide the efficiency level up to 92% at 115Vac.
– Less efficiency loss with streamlined board-to-board wave soldering.

ZERO NOISE MODE
ULTRA-SILENCE AT HIGH OUTPUT
Lower Heat Emission for Steady Temperature

– Zero noise mode at 40% loading silent.
– Automatic thermal control to provide an optimal speed-noise ratio.

Using COUGAR’s 135mm HDB silent fan and large inhalation punched hole, the advanced frame increase the concentration of airflow and its fan curvature has been fine-tuned to reduce vibration.

– Hybrid Dynamic Bearing (HDB) fan to expand the durability.
– Patented groove design
– Centralized oil pressure
– No oil leakage
– Improved stability
– Less friction and noise
– Extended lifespan

Protection

UVP (Under Voltage Protection)
If the voltages fall below a certain tolerance value on the single lines, the PSU automatically switches off.

OCP (Overcurrent Protection)
If the current on a single line is higher than indicated, the PSU automatically switches off.

SCP (Short-Circuit Protection)
In the case of a short-circuit, this feature prevents damage to the core components of the PSU and its System components.

OVP (Over Voltage Protection)
If the voltages increase above a certain tolerance value on the single lines, the PSU automatically switches off.

OTP (Over Temperature Protection)
If the temperature gets too high, the PSU automatically switches off.

OPP (Over Power Protection)
If the system is oversized and requires more power from the PSU than it can provide, this protection function is activated.

Conformal Coating Protection
Prevention of conductive particles/dust, high humidity, and intruding insects
