An APC Back-UPS has a built-in battery that ensures that all connected equipment, such as a PC and NAS, but also your WIFI internet (router + modem) continues to function if the power goes out. In addition, this APC emergency power supply can also automatically shut down a NAS or PC in time via the USB connection. Useful when the APC ups is almost empty. This prevents downtime, damage to equipment, and loss of data.
Safety and convenience
In addition, this secure APC Back-UPS protects by are surge protected outputs that protect valuable equipment against peak voltage caused by lightning strikes, for example. Thanks to the 1Gb Network Dataline Surge Protection, the UPS also protects your Ethernet data line (internet cable) and the equipment connected to it against „backdoor” peak voltage, all without sacrificing internet speed. It is also extra quiet due to the fanless design.
Battery life
You can easily read the expected battery life in the runtime graph, which you can find between the product images. You can easily see how long the UPS supplies emergency power at a certain load.
Extend the lifespan
The internal battery cartridge (RBC17) can be replaced. This way you can easily and cheaply extend the lifespan of the APC Back-UPS BX750MI.
Warranty extension
The factory warranty of the BX750MI is 2 years and can be upgraded to 5 years with the APC service pack (WBEXTWAR3YR-SP-01A).
Insurance
Despite the high risk of lightning strikes and surges, APC has full confidence in its products and offers this APC Back-UPS:
– Equipment protection policy of 50,000 euros
Save on operational costs
The UPS is equipped with AVR, which extends battery life and maximizes runtime by correcting low and high voltages without discharging the battery. Furthermore, the emergency power supply has 4 battery+surge protected outputs. PowerChute Serial Shutdown software and a USB cable are also included.
Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR)
Automatically steps up low voltage and steps down high voltage to levels that are suitable for your equipment.
Dataline surge protection
Provides protection of connected equipment from power surges on the data lines.
PowerChute Serial Edition
This software supports numerous operating systems and processors.
USB connection
Use your PC to access additional power protection and management features for your UPS via a USB Port.
Audible alarms
Provides notification of changing utility power and UPS power conditions
LED status display
Quickly understand unit and power status with visual indicators.
Intelligent battery management
Maximizes battery performance, life, and reliability through intelligent, precision charging.
Automatic self-test
Periodic battery self-test ensures early detection of a battery that needs to be replaced.
Battery failure notification
Provides early-warning fault analysis on batteries enabling timely preventive maintenance
Surge only outlets
Protect secondary electronics from surges and spikes without reducing battery power used to run primary electronics during an outage.
Battery and surge protected outlets
Back up and protect your hardware and data during power outages, surges and spikes.
Safety-agency approved
Ensures the product has been tested and approved to work safely with the connected service provider equipment and within the specified environment.
Battery-protected and surge-only outlets
Reserves power capacity and run time for connected equipment that require UPS battery back-up while providing surge only protection for less critical equipment
